IC 2118 - also known as the Witch Head Nebula
Located in the constellation of Eridanus, IC 2118 is an extremely faint reflection nebula consisting of fine interstellar dust particles which reflect the light from the nearby supergiant Rigel in Orion [ Rigel is just off the frame to the lower left]. The blue color of the nebula is partly due to the color of Rigel and partly due to the fact that the dust grains in the nebula reflect blue light more efficiently than other colors.
