IC 410, NGC 1893
IC 410 is located in the constellation of Auriga and is a faint emission nebula that surrounds and is illuminated by the open cluster NGC 1983.
The interesting features in IC 410 are the two areas of dense cooler gas which are commonly called "the tadpoles". These tadpoles are estimated to be about 10 light years long and the heads are believed to be areas of active star formation.
